David Jack selected to stand for Parliament in Wolverhampton North East10.00.00pm GMT Tue 1st Feb 2005
This evening David Jack was selected as the Liberal Democrat Parliamentary Candidate for Wolverhampton North East. David, a homeowner who lives in the constituency, and is married to wife Nichola with two daughters aged 15 and 6 years, was selected at a full meeting of Wolverhampton Liberal Democrats local Party. David is the current Chair of Wolverhampton Liberal Democrats and has been a major organiser and leading candidate in local council elections. David said on his selection "I am delighted to have been selected. Having been born, raised, educated, living and working in Wolverhampton, I am sure that I am best placed to understand the local issues and will work to ensure the residents of Wolverhampton North East have a chance to be properly represented at the next General Election." David looks forward to meeting and speaking with as many residents in Wolverhampton North East as possible over the next few months.
