Labour MP and Home Secretary Jacqui Smith visited Wolverhampton today to meet the Safer Wolverhampton Partnership . The West Midlands Police Federation called on her the resign and said she was "not capable" of the job. She said the pay package given to officer was "very good". After the meeting she was protested against by members of the public that were calling on Labour to not scrap the funding of neighbourhood wardens in Whitmore Reans, Low Hill, Bushbury, Heath Town and Bilston East.
