Claire Darke makes use of litter bins

Residents of Paget Road have contacted Claire Darke and Councillor Robin Lawrence with complaints about the ever increasing amount of litter being dropped particularly in the area of Wolverhampton College and pavements nearby.

In response to these complaints Cllr Lawrence arranged for extra inspections of the area and for a new litter bin to be installed near to the campus. Claire Darke said "I am hopeful that the new bin will help to ease the litter problem for Paget Road residents. I am sad though that residents will have to wait until after April for it to be installed because Labour-controlled Wolverhampton Council says it does not have enough money to put one in now."
