Ian Jenkins selected as Wednesfield North candidate3.00.00pm BST (GMT +0100) Thu 25th Sep 2008 Local Liberal Democrats have selected Ian Jenkins to be their candidate in the Wednesfield North by-election on October 23rd. Ian is a sales manager in the heating industry and a member of UNITE. Ian is married to Ann and they have two daughters who attended local schools and four grandchildren. Ian is the Chairman of Wolverhampton East Liberal Democrats and has been active in the Party for 35 years. Ian is also an active campaigner for Railfuture and a senior steward at Fordhouses Methodist Church.
