Bushbury South Focus and election address
Ian Jenkins, the Lib Dem candidate for Bushbury South and Low Hill in the City Council elections on 5th May, has delivered an election address to voters.
As well as highlighting some of his campaigns in the area Ian wrote:
We need our local Councillors to help us during these tough times by keeping Council Tax down. Instead, your Labour controlled City Council continues to waste money. For example, they spent £480,000 on replacing the barrier down the Stafford Road when repairing the old one would have been perfectly adequate.
And now, as if to have a laugh at our expense, Labour AND Tory Councillors are getting a 17% increase on their Councillor allowances.
Yet again, it's one law for them and one law for the rest of us.
